Refund & Returns Policy

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Your statutory right: 14-day cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

1. Statutory Right to Cancel

The cancellation period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you (or a person you nominate, other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the cancellation period expires. You may use any unambiguous statement - for example:

You do not need to use any specific form. The cancellation is effective from the date you send your notice - not the date we receive it.

2. Returning the Goods

After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which you notified us. Return postage is at your cost unless the goods are faulty, misdescribed, or we have agreed to cover the cost.

Return address:
Thornton Review Returns
27 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1M 5RN

We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit without proof of posting.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

Goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Where the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning - for example, if sachets have been opened or the box damaged through use - we may reduce your refund to reflect that diminishment in value. This does not affect your statutory rights.

4. Refund

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (where delivery was charged), without undue delay and no later than:

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged a fee for the reimbursement.

We may deduct from the refund an amount reflecting any diminishment in value of the goods as described in section 3 above.

5. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or do not match their description, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a repair, replacement, or full refund. Please contact us at info@lifeaipowerei.world within 30 days of receipt with details and, where possible, photographic evidence. We will arrange return postage at no cost to you in these circumstances.

6. Goods Exempt from the Right to Cancel

Under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return on hygiene grounds once unsealed. Individual sachets that have been opened are therefore not eligible for return under the statutory cancellation right; however, we will consider returns of sealed, unopened boxes in their entirety on a case-by-case basis.

7. Contact for Returns

Please include your order reference and the reason for return so we can process your request promptly.

8. Alternative Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your complaint, you may refer it to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body. We will provide details of the relevant ADR scheme upon request. You also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, though it is principally designed for cross-border disputes within the EU and its applicability post-Brexit is limited.
